The acidic Ph, natural sugar, and fiber present in watermelon are responsible for the growth and development of good bacteria in the intestine which plays a major role in the digestion of watermelon. But, when we mix these two things together, it changes the PH levels of watermelon juice which makes it difficult to digest.
