During an interview, Amitabh Bachchan mentioned that he had started going to the gym seven or eight years ago. In the past several years, Amitabh Bachchan has not gone to the gym for any movie and has now started going for fitness reasons. He now goes to the gym first thing in the morning and if he misses even a day of his workout, he gets angry with himself.

In reality, Amitabh Bachchan never smokes despite appearing to do so in many films. Furthermore, he does not drink alcohol or tea aside from coffee. Smoking and drinking both negatively affect our brains, hearts, livers, and a variety of organs.

Formerly, Amitabh Bachchan ate non-vegetarian food, but he has been a vegetarian for several years now. Rather than causing harm to his health, he gave up eating non-vegetarian food. Big B eats a balanced diet to stay healthy. His favorite food is boiled vegetables.

He does not eat any Indian sweets, cakes, pastries, or anything else with a high calorie and sugar content. He does, however, consume honey every day. All his health habits keeps him healthy even when he turned 79.

Further, he says, “Every morning, you should wake up early. Work hard all day. It is important to feel the work. Make sure you are doing what makes you happy. Make sure you learn from your mistakes. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, but learn from them. Successful people don’t take shortcuts. They take their time to succeed.!”
