1. Buffalo Milk

Buffalo milk may support bone health and is rich in calcium. It contains 89% of casein protein. Buffalo milk promotes healthy bone and decreases the risk of osteoporosis in the female after menopause.

Buffalo milk is also known to reduce high blood pressure and can protect the heart from damage.
